Summary
This early-stage study will test whether psilocybin, the active ingredient in magic mushrooms, is safe and can help people stop using methamphetamine. About 20 adults who want to quit meth will receive psilocybin in a controlled setting. Researchers will measure how many people stay in the study, drug use via urine tests, and any challenging experiences.
