Summary

This early-stage study tests whether a carefully guided psilocybin (magic mushroom) session can help reduce depression and anxiety in people with advanced, incurable gastrointestinal cancers. The study enrolls 24 adults aged 19-85 who live near Omaha, NE, and have a family member willing to participate.
