Doctor's eye vs. paper quiz: which finds hidden arthritis in psoriasis patients?
NCT ID NCT07298265
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a dermatologist's physical exam is better than a patient questionnaire at spotting psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in people with psoriasis. About 500 adults with psoriasis will be checked by both methods, then referred to a rheumatologist for a final diagnosis. The goal is to see which approach leads to more correct PsA diagnoses and reduces missed cases.
