Summary

This study tests whether a combination of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and hyaluronic acid injections works better than either treatment alone for knee osteoarthritis. About 288 adults aged 40 to 75 with knee pain will receive one of three treatments. The goal is to see if the combo reduces pain, stiffness, and improves daily function.
