10,000-Person study tests PRP shots for aching joints and tendons

Summary
This study will follow 10,000 adults with joint or tendon problems (like knee arthritis or tennis elbow) who receive a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection. Researchers will track pain, physical function, and satisfaction for one year to see how well PRP works. Participants must be 18 or older and have already tried other treatments without success.
