First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study will follow 10,000 adults with joint or tendon problems (like knee, hip, or shoulder arthritis, tennis elbow, or plantar fasciitis) who have not gotten better with other treatments. Participants will receive a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection and be tracked for one year to see if their pain, function, and satisfaction improve. The goal is to build a large registry to better understand how well PRP works for these common conditions.
