Summary
This pilot study tested a program called PROWESS for Black and Hispanic men with prostate cancer who are on hormone therapy (ADT). The program used a Fitbit and coaching to help men exercise more, reduce treatment side effects, and improve quality of life. Fourteen men took part, and the study measured how satisfied they were and whether their activity levels changed.
