First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a precise type of radiation called proton therapy for men with high-risk prostate cancer that has spread to lymph nodes. The goal is to see if targeting the tumor and nearby lymph nodes with protons causes fewer bowel and urinary side effects than standard radiation. About 30 participants will receive the treatment and be monitored for side effects within the first month.
