Summary

This study looks at how the type of protein in a high-protein ketogenic diet influences weight loss and body inflammation in adults with obesity. Over 12 weeks, 60 participants will follow a controlled diet and have their weight, body fat, and immune markers measured. The goal is to see if certain protein sources lead to better metabolic health outcomes.
