First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at why some advanced prostate cancers become resistant to a treatment called 177Lu-PSMA. Researchers will take small tissue samples (biopsies) from tumors during treatment to find genetic changes that cause resistance. The goal is to learn how to make treatments more effective for future patients. About 30 people with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer will take part.
