Scientists probe prostate Cancer's defenses against radiation
NCT ID NCT05398302
Summary
This study aims to learn why some advanced prostate cancers become resistant to a targeted radiation treatment called 177Lu-PSMA therapy. Researchers will take small tissue samples (biopsies) from 30 patients before and during their treatment to analyze the cancer cells. The goal is to identify biological changes that allow the cancer to survive, which could help doctors develop better future treatments.
