This study looks at how well a short course of hormone therapy (ADT) works in men with high-risk prostate cancer that hasn't spread. Researchers use a special PET/CT scan to measure changes in cancer activity before and after treatment. About 50 men will take part, and they will be followed for 48 months after prostate removal to check for cancer return.
