School sleep programs aim to stop teen depression before it starts

Summary
This study tests two school-based programs designed to help teenagers aged 13-19 sleep better. The goal is to see if improving sleep can prevent future depression and anxiety. About 3,000 students in Swedish high schools will take part, and their results will be compared to students who receive usual teaching.
