First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether taking probiotics for about 100 days can improve sperm count, movement, and shape in men with unexplained infertility. Sixty men aged 20 to 45 will be randomly assigned to receive either probiotics or a placebo. Sperm samples will be checked at the start, at 60 days, and at 100 days to see if probiotics help reduce damage and improve fertility.
