Summary
This study tests whether a program that provides counseling, advocacy, and basic services can prevent opioid use disorder in 300 homeless youth aged 14-24. Participants are randomly assigned to different support combinations and followed for two years. The goal is to find the most effective way to reduce substance use and improve mental health in this high-risk group.
