This study tests if a faster MRI scan, combined with a blood test, can find liver cancer earlier than the standard ultrasound in people with cirrhosis. The goal is to catch cancer at an early, more treatable stage and reduce deaths from liver cancer. About 4,700 veterans with cirrhosis will take part.
