First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combination of aerobic exercise, cognitive training on a mat, and turmeric (with black pepper) can prevent memory decline in people aged 55-70 who have insulin resistance and notice their thinking skills slipping. Participants will be followed for 24 weeks, with a repeat program after a year. The goal is to see if these interventions improve insulin resistance, cognitive function, and markers of inflammation.
