Summary
This study tests whether levetiracetam, a seizure medication, can prevent seizures in adults after brain tumor surgery. About 558 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo starting one hour before surgery and continuing for three months. The goal is to see if the drug reduces the chance of having a seizure during recovery.
