Summary
This trial tests whether adding ketamine or dexmedetomidine to a standard numbing drug (bupivacaine) in a scalp block improves pain control and reduces opioid use during brain tumor removal. About 80 adults undergoing supratentorial brain tumor surgery will receive one of the two combinations. Researchers will measure pain scores, opioid consumption, and side effects to see which additive works better.
