This study observed 160 adults having planned brain surgery to see if raising blood pressure during the procedure makes surgeons need to do extra steps to stop bleeding. Researchers also checked if higher blood pressure led to more bleeding after surgery. The goal was to better understand how blood pressure affects surgical safety.
