Summary
This study looks at whether a supervised physical fitness program can help people with a high body mass index (40-44) lose weight so they can become active on the kidney transplant waiting list. Ten adults who are currently listed as inactive due to obesity will take part. The main goal is to see how much weight they lose after six months of exercise.
