Summary

This study tests a new type of radiation therapy (SFRT) given before surgery for people with large soft tissue sarcoma (at least 5 cm) in the arm, leg, or trunk. The goal is to see if this approach can improve the chance of staying cancer-free for at least one year. About 22 adults will receive SFRT followed by surgery, with blood tests to monitor immune response.
