Summary

This study tests if a personalized exercise program before surgery helps people with soft tissue sarcoma recover faster and with less disability. About 30 adults with lower-limb sarcoma will either receive standard care or a tailored prehabilitation plan during radiotherapy. The goal is to see if pre-surgery exercise improves walking, daily function, and quality of life after surgery.
