Summary
This study looks at 196 adults with mild-to-moderate obstructive sleep apnea to see whether inflammation or the severity of breathing pauses during sleep better predicts heart and metabolic problems. Participants will have their sleep, blood markers, and heart rate variability measured. The goal is to improve risk assessment for conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol.
