Summary

This study tests whether choosing depression treatments based on a patient's specific symptoms and brain imaging (phenotyping) leads to better results than standard care. About 150 adults with major depression will be enrolled. The goal is to see if personalized treatment selection improves mood and reduces symptoms like loss of pleasure or anxiety.
