New hope for HIV-Related depression: drug showdown begins

Summary
This study compares two drugs, pramipexole and escitalopram, to see which better treats depression in people with HIV. It includes those with mild memory or thinking problems. About 186 adults will take one of the medications for several weeks, and researchers will track mood changes and side effects. The goal is to find a safer, more effective way to ease depression in this group.
