First seen May 04, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether eating protein evenly throughout the day combined with exercise can improve nutrition, muscle mass, and physical function in 90 adults awaiting a liver transplant. The goal is to see if these interventions reduce malnutrition and frailty before surgery.
