Summary
This study tests whether eating protein evenly throughout the day combined with exercise can improve nutrition, muscle mass, and physical function in 90 adults awaiting a liver transplant. Participants are split into three groups: even protein plus exercise, uneven protein plus exercise, or standard advice. The goal is to see if these interventions reduce malnutrition and frailty before surgery.
