Summary

This study tests a powered knee-ankle-foot orthosis (KAFO) called Nomad in 36 people who have trouble walking due to conditions like stroke, spinal cord injury, or multiple sclerosis. Participants will use the device at home for three months to see if it improves mobility, balance, and quality of life compared to their current brace. The goal is to help people walk more safely and confidently.
