Summary
This study tests a gentle exercise method called global postural reeducation in 30 housewives aged 25-40 who have had low back pain for over 3 months. The goal is to see if it can reduce pain, lower stress, and improve sleep quality. Unlike painkillers, this approach focuses on retraining the body's posture and movement patterns to address both physical and mental strain.
