Summary

This study looked at whether a special planning tool, called a POST form, helps older adults (65+) get the medical care they prefer at the end of life. Researchers worked with 389 people, including those with dementia, to see if their treatment matched their wishes. The goal was to improve satisfaction and reduce unwanted care.
