First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether a personalized bike exercise program can reduce symptoms in adults with post-concussion syndrome (PCS), a condition where concussion symptoms last for weeks or longer. Seventy participants will either receive the exercise program plus usual care, or usual care alone. The main goal is to see if they can cycle longer without worsening symptoms after 12 weeks.

What this could lead to
If it works, this could point toward a safe, drug-free way to manage post-concussion syndrome and improve daily function.
