Spinning chair treatment may speed concussion recovery

Summary

This study tests whether a special rotating chair therapy (SMART) helps adults with post-concussion syndrome feel better faster. About 128 people will either get standard therapy (physical and speech therapy) or standard therapy plus up to 10 SMART sessions. Researchers will check symptoms like headaches, dizziness, balance, and thinking before, during, and after treatment.
