This trial tests whether a more intensive exercise program with in-person follow-up and repeated treadmill tests helps people with post-concussion symptoms and headaches recover better than a program with only phone-based follow-up. Participants will exercise at a level just below what triggers their symptoms, three to five times a week for 12 weeks.
