Summary

This study is testing a new, portable compression device for people with lymphedema or phlebolymphedema (chronic leg swelling). The device is worn like a sleeve and uses active compression without needing air pumps. Researchers will see if it improves quality of life, reduces swelling, and is cost-effective compared to standard treatments. About 100 adults with leg swelling from vein problems will participate for 6 months.
