Summary
This study tested an investigational drug called ponsegromab in 187 adults with lung, pancreatic, or colorectal cancer who also had cachexia—a condition causing severe weight loss, loss of appetite, and fatigue. The goal was to see if ponsegromab could help patients gain weight and be more active compared to a placebo. The study was completed and used wearable sensors to track physical activity.
