This study tests a special gel dressing called Plurogel against standard burn dressings in people with partial thickness burns on the face or one limb. The goal is to see if Plurogel helps burns heal faster, reduces pain, and lowers the need for skin grafts. About 25 adults will take part, and researchers will track healing time, pain, and satisfaction.
