First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests a gel called PluroGel on burn injuries to see if it helps wounds heal better and reduces the need for skin grafts. Twenty adults with similar burns on both arms or legs will have one limb treated with PluroGel and the other with standard dressing. The goal is to compare healing and how much skin grafting is needed between the two treatments.
