NCT ID NCT06779916
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study examines how cells in the placenta manage waste and self-destruction in women with pregnancy complications like pre-eclampsia and intrauterine growth restriction. Researchers will take blood and urine samples from 50 pregnant women throughout their pregnancy and at delivery. The goal is to understand the underlying cell problems and find new markers to screen for these serious conditions.
