Summary
This study tests a program called PILI 'Āina that helps Native Hawaiians manage type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and weight by returning to traditional diets and cooking methods. About 1,780 adults who are overweight and have these conditions will take part. The goal is to improve diet quality, health markers, and community support.
