NCT ID NCT07552454

First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a drug called picankibart in 60 adults with moderate-to-severe palmoplantar pustulosis, a skin condition causing painful pus-filled blisters on hands and feet. Participants must have tried other treatments without success. The goal is to see if the drug reduces the severity of the rash. This is an early, open-label trial, so results will need confirmation in larger studies.
