Summary

This study tested whether the medication deucravacitinib helps control palmoplantar pustulosis, a skin condition causing painful blisters on hands and feet. About 25 adults with moderate-to-severe symptoms took the drug daily for four months. Researchers measured changes in skin symptoms and quality of life to see if the treatment was effective and safe.
