First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested whether a short online program, using motivational interviewing, could help peri- and post-menopausal women who work full-time become more physically active. Twenty-two women took part and were randomly assigned to either the online group or a control group. The main goal was to see if the program was practical and well-liked, and to get early hints about whether it might increase activity levels.
