Exercise eases menopause symptoms and boosts heart health in new study
NCT ID NCT07615790
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a structured exercise program can improve heart rate variability (a measure of heart health), reduce menopausal symptoms, and enhance sleep and quality of life in postmenopausal women aged 45 to 65. Forty women will either join a supervised 12-week exercise program (2 sessions per week, 45 minutes each) or continue their usual activities. The goal is to see if simple, regular exercise can make a real difference in how women feel during menopause.
