Summary

This study tested a new weekly injection called petrelintide in 493 adults with obesity or overweight who also had related health issues like high blood pressure or high cholesterol. The goal was to see how well different doses helped people lose weight compared to a placebo, when combined with diet and exercise. The trial has finished, and results will show if petrelintide is safe and effective for weight management.
