Summary
This early-phase study tested a custom-made yeast vaccine designed to teach the immune system to recognize and attack leftover cancer cells. Five adults with different solid tumors (like colorectal, breast, or lung cancer) who had already completed curative treatment received the vaccine. The main goals were to check safety and find the right dose, while also watching for cancer recurrence.
