Summary
This study is for people with familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) who have had their colon removed. It tests a personalized plan to regularly check and treat any new polyps in the remaining bowel. The goal is to keep the risk of advanced polyps or cancer very low (under 5% over 5 years). About 1,000 adults will take part.
