New program aims to stop preterm births by tackling stress
NCT ID NCT06915428
Summary
This study is testing a personalized prenatal support program called PTBCARE+ to see if it can lower stress and reduce the risk of early delivery in pregnant people who are at high risk for having a preterm baby. Researchers will compare about 1,200 participants who receive the extra support toolkit and care coordination to those who receive standard prenatal care. The main goals are to see if the program reduces stress, improves health markers, and helps more people carry their baby closer to full term.
