Summary

This study tested whether personalized health planning delivered in shared medical appointments could help adults with obesity lose weight. Eleven motivated patients aged 30 to 60 with a BMI between 35 and 50 took part. The approach combined individual health plans with group support to improve weight loss and related health measures.
