First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a personalized vaccine made from unique markers on a patient's own tumor. The goal is to help the immune system fight advanced breast cancer, melanoma, and lung cancer that has not responded to other treatments. About 25 adults with these cancers will receive the vaccine along with an immune booster to see if it is safe and can trigger a strong immune response.
