Summary
This study tests whether pentoxifylline, an anti-inflammatory drug, can reduce how rewarding cocaine feels. Thirty adults with cocaine use disorder who are not seeking treatment will take the drug and then choose between cocaine and money. The goal is to see if calming immune inflammation in the brain can help control cocaine use.
