Summary

This study uses brain scans (PET) to measure how much dopamine is released in the brains of 30 people with cocaine use disorder after taking amphetamine. The goal is to understand brain changes linked to addiction, not to test a treatment. Participants must be 18-55 and have no other major psychiatric conditions.
