New study tests safer bladder treatments for older women prone to falls

Summary
This study looks at three treatments for urgent, frequent urination in women aged 60 and older who are also at high risk of falling. Participants will either do pelvic floor exercises with a physical therapist or take one of two medications (mirabegron or trospium) for 12 weeks. The goal is to see which approach works best and is safest for this group.
